Protecting children’s eyes from the sun

Most children grew up with the ‘no hat, no play’ rule. The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists has called for an addition to the rule.

Due to the sensitivity of children’s eyes and the harsh UV radiation from the sun, sunglasses are being considered as an addition to the famous rule.
