Agency employed nannies
Our experience has shown that many families find the process of employing a nanny to be time consuming and confusing. We provide more than a booking service; we offer peace of mind by ensuring that your nanny is carefully screened and insured.
Agency employed nannies are provided for:
- ongoing positions
- temporary assignments (up to 3 months)
- casual day bookings (minimum 8 hours)
- casual evening bookings
- newborn day care
- newborn overnight care
- holiday nanny (24 hours)
- nanny school aged children.
Your consultant will discuss the rate when your position is listed.
Rates reflect the experience of the nanny and responsibilities of the job.

Rates include salary, WorkCover insurance, superannuation (additional as stated for nanny school aged children) and agency fees.
Family employed nannies
(Ongoing positions of 3 to 5 days)
If you prefer to employ your nanny directly, this is the option for you. The agency supports and advises you on all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. The placement is guaranteed for three months from the date of commencement. No fee is charged to replace the nanny within the guarantee period.
When employing a nanny you are required to meet the employer obligations of Fair Work Act 2009. These include:
- negotiating and documenting an employment agreement
- paying salary and providing pay advice records
- submitting PAYG taxation and providing group certificates
- paying superannuation and Work Cover insurance.
Please note this is a once only fee, no annual fees apply.

Fees applying to cancellation of confirmed bookings
Casual days/evenings 24 hours or more notice, no charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice, four (4) hours’ fee.
