Due to our rapid growth, we currently have an after-hours Office Support role to fill in our trendy Northcote office.

The hours to be covered are from 4.00AM to 11.00AM Monday to Friday.

You will have the following skills:

* Proficient data entry skills for updating the recruitment data base

* Excellent communication skills

* A positive and flexible ‘can-do’ work ethic

* A willingness to learn and take instruction

* An excellent phone manner

* Strong customer service focus

* Time management skills

* Good typing speed and strong computer literacy in MS Word / Excel and Outlook

* An interest in a career in Human resources / recruitment

* Self-motivated
