If you are looking to employ your nanny directly most are looking for a minimum of a yearlong contract with families and the majority of nannies stay longer than their initial contract as they become an integral part of the family unit.

We want you to be secure in your hiring decision. If for any reason your nanny’s employment doesn’t work out in the first 3 months we will provide another search with no extra fees.
