Rogan temp nannies – keep them in mind
I wanted to talk about temp nannies today, just to explain a little about what a Rogan temp nanny is.
Rogan temp nannies may be in between positions, perhaps returned from a longer holiday, studying a childcare course part time, perhaps the children in the client family are now young adults and no longer require our nanny service.
Or maybe they normally work 2, 3 or 4 days per week and have a day free to help out. We are always grateful to those nannies when those late-in-the-day calls come along!
Whichever way you look at it, Rogan temp nannies go through the same rigorous process as every other one of our nannies. All nannies on our books can fill a variety of roles: some on going, some part-time, some temping.
I’m pleased to say that a number of our shift worker families use only a temp nanny pool, and enjoy great peace of mind knowing that we can flex as their rosters flex.
